Today I was awake at 5 am after three hours' sleep. I was meeting Theresa online to review the progress of our pedagogical event. The 14 hour time zone difference makes it difficult for collaboration and we've had a flurry of emails going back and forth. Tonight we'll meet on Wimba for Stacey's event and hopefully we can clear up any misconceptions.
12:06 am - Our team met in the Wimba room. Sarah Mercer joined us. Theresa is so dedicated. She was in Brisbane with her children but went into McDonald's to join us. And we had her working while she was online to make some edits to the PBWiki! She has really helped me to understand our assignment for which I am eternally grateful.
Stacey presented a summary of her VoiceThread she created with her class which was so pedagogically well-done.
After some discussion about the logistics of Assignment 2, we moved on to talk about Exit Reality, Diigo, Second Life and some of the our other colleague's events. This course provides so many opportunities to learn new pedagogy and software.
